In order to be a policyholder, you are required to be a member of your state Farmers Union. Therefore, we share nonpublic personal information with the state Farmers Union.
In addition, your insurance agent has access to the personal information needed to administer your business and provide services to you. They may also use this information to advise you of additional products and services.
Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosures
If we order a report about you from a consumer reporting agency, upon your request, we will tell you how to get a copy of that report. If coverage is declined or policy premium increased because of information contained in a consumer report, we will inform you as required by law.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those agents and employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you and as otherwise noted above. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
